your visit so you can speed the approval process.

along a notebook to keep details on the homes you view.

camera with you to take pictures of the homes and areas that interest
you.

along a map of the area so you can see where your homes of interest are
in relation to work, recreation areas and friends.

Have your
agent recommend a list of Home Inspectors and make contact with one to
alert them that you may require and appointment.

cheque book with you as you will need it for a deposit on your new home.
