Send a copy of the agreement to your lawyer to have it reviewed.

Send a copy to your financial institution or mortgage broker so they can process your mortgage

Schedule your House Inspection.

Make arrangements for other inspections as required eg. Water, septic, etc.

Make insurance arrangements for both property and mortgage.

Once your contract is firm make arrangements for:

• Moving company

• Utility company

• Change of address with Canada Post

• School registrations

• Applications for Teams etc.

Arrange meeting with your lawyer to go over closing costs

Have Realtor arrange for your pre-closing inspection of your new home.
