PREPARING AN OFFER TO PURCHASE

Once you have found a home that satisfies you it is time to prepare an offer to purchase. This will be done for you by your Realtor on forms approved by the Provincial Real Estate Regulator.

Your Agent will listen to the concerns you have and address them by use of various clauses in your offer. The outcome of some of these will depend on the negotiations between the Buyer and Seller.

The more common issues that are expertly dealt with here are:

1.      Purchase Price

2.      Fixtures and Chattels

3.      Closing Date

4.      Deposit

5.      Special conditions covering items such as times for financing and inspection
